Econet scene always restores to Heating

The problem

When I use a scene for saving the HVAC state, it always restores to heating instead of what I set the scene to. I discovered this by trying to use the HVAC pause 1.7 blueprint. I thought it was the blueprint, but after testing with my own scene, I discovered it is something in the Econet code with loading a scene.

I converted over to the esp32 none cloud Rheem HVAC and was able to save and use a scene with no problem.
