Reolink TrackMix Wifi does not display "telephoto" lens in Media panel (channel 1)

The problem

The "Media" panel for my TrackMix Wifi shows the low resolution, wide angle files only. (stream "sub", channel 0) It turns out that the Search HTTP API successfully returns listings for channel 1, corresponding to the "telephoto" lens. (I'm using the API outside of HomeAssistant to check that) I am running HA 2024.7.1 which should include this commit: https://github.com/home-assistant/core/commit/225e90c99e11ee277952d754b472cc4646901a0b

But I don't see the telephoto files in Media despite them existing. Maybe that patch isn't doing things properly for my model?

Thumbnails are also non-existent.
