Cannot connect new Gree AC

The problem

I have an issue with connecting Gree Pular AC to HA. I saw that this related to new encryption method for devices with firmware 1.21: https://github.com/home-assistant/core/issues/109230. Can this be implemented to official plugin?

Peux-tu partager tes debug logs pour greeclimate STP. Je commence les travaux pour supporter le nouveau chiffrage, mais il rest un peu de travaille pour preparer et tester les changements.

Hello. I've installed the patched repo, now I can turn on and off, but cant change temperature on it. For example I switch to 22, but goes back to 25. Anyone else have this issue? Thanks.

Update, it works. I was pressing Auto (as heating mode) and went to 25 degrees irelevant of what temperature I chose. But i was actually looking for Auto (as fan speed). So now I keep it on Cooling and Auto Fan.

BTW, this is what I have in climate.yaml:

• platform: gree name: Gree host: 192.168.1.21 mac: "94:24:00:00:00:00" target_temp_step: 1 encryption_version: 2
