Schlage Connect Z-Wave BE469ZP Current status of the door always appears as "Open"
The problem
I have paired a Schlage Connect Smart Lock via zwave-js. Everything appears to be in order, except that the binary open/closed sensor always appears as "Open" with some dips into "Unavailable," whereas the rest of the entities associated with the device appear to be pretty rock solid.

that lock can't detect whether the door is open or not, so this status will never change
