intermitent issues with efergy integration

Since around 9 hours (2am Spain time) i am getting intermittent connectivity issues with Efergy.

i confirm same thing happening to me, need to go to the integration and reload only the value comes back

It happens to me from time to time during the last months, (arround 2 times per week). In fact i created an automation to refresh efergy if is unavailable for more than a minute...

But this is different, this case are small disconnections (less than a minute) and then come back without refresh is needed.

Anyone else is having? jut to identify if it is a problem on my side or could be a server issue on Efergy side...

Hi, not so often, but when it is disconnected, in many cases, it does not reconnect, you have to go to the integration and click on the recharge button

I know this problem, but it is not exactly the same issue. When it disconnect, it never connect again till you manually reload. I’m this case it is a disconnection or some seconds, but it connect again by itself…

I assume it was an issue on their API.

Now it is working fine…

I assume this can be closed and considered a "glitch" on efergy services.
