I found the QR code appears when you use the HomeAssistant IOS app but not on the browser. Not a fix but a workaround :)
I dont get it even on iOS version. 🤷♂️
Having the same problem with both the browser and app.
Having the same problem with both the browser and app. :(
Tried browser and app. Got white QR code on both. I uninstalled the integration and reinstalled it with no change.
I finally solved the issue by logging in on Chrome in incognito mode. It looks like some browser extension has caused the QR code to appear blank.
I use Firefox. I cleared the cache, reloaded the browser, tried in regular and incognito mode, and the problem persists through all of it. I also tried Edge and had the same problem. Only started with recent Home Assistant update.
I, too, am having the issue. Even the iOS workaround does not work,
In other browser like Firefox, the QR code I generated OK. and it works great !
I tried in Firefox edge and iOS. Niether worked.
There is an issue on the tuya repo that suggests it could be linked to have a custom theme set on your interface. Do you have a theme set?
TRUE!!! I changed theme to default theme and qr apears!
thank you ninoz 💪👌
Changing to the default theme fixed for me too BUT it had to be the light default theme. Mine was already on dark (i don't think that was something extra, but i may have forgotten downloading it). Changing to light allowed me to resetup the integration andbi re enabled dark after.
Same here. With a dark theme, I had the problem. With a light theme, QR code displayed fine.

Excellent find! Thank you. I switched to the Home Assistant theme and it immediately worked. Much Appreciated!
Same issue here. Both in Edge as in the HA-iOS app. All in dark mode. However if you temporarily to light mode it works fine. Obviously a small flaw but there is a workaround.
