Bump py-aosmith to 1.0.8

Proposed change

Bump py-aosmith to 1.0.8. This fixes some bugs that users have encountered, so it would be great if this could go into the next patch release.

• Fixes an issue preventing the integration from being set up with a newly installed water heater that does not yet have energy usage data available.
• Adds retry logic to fix the water heater entity becoming unavailable intermittently.
