Roborock Integration not getting room names

The problem

Device is a Roborock S6 MaxV.

I've reloaded the integration, my rooms have unique names entered in the roborock app map.

When I download the diagnostics file there is no 'Got home data' section and no room names.

Have read all I can including past issues but can't see any problems with my set up.
