Add Ring Intercom support as it has been enabled in the ring-doorbell library version 0.8.7. The device has a button to trigger the Open Door rpc and sensors with volume settings.

I'm also really looking forward to this being merged. Have been following the progress on this for months by now and can't wait to get rid of my homebridge as soon as I can use my intercom from within home assistant.
