I'm not sure about the etiquette regarding this, but I just wanted to add I have the same.

Update 20231227: I messed around with my local network because I switched ISP's. Somewhere during that process home assistant automatically detected the sensirion dongle as a new device and allowed me to add it. No idea how this happened. I accidentally deleted the device the first time and was unable to force detection. Later it randomly popped up as detected again.

Still no interaction possible with the integration, but it does provide the entities. Connection is a bit spotty though: Not sure what causes this or if it's even related.

Just reporting what I see, in case it helps.

Is the any update on this? I've got SCD4x CO₂ Gadget. IT works fine with Sensirion app but when I try to use Sensirion BLE integration I get the same as OP Running HA: 2024.1.5

Apparently the integration didn't have translation strings, thus it didn't show the error. I don't have this device so I can't help you with this, but I made a PR to add the strings back so you at least don't see this empty screen anymore

Solved with the update to 2024.5
