Add icon for Libre Hardware Monitor integration

Icon for new Libre Hardware Monitor integration, see https://github.com/home-assistant/core/pull/140449 Please note, that this is not the same icon resource as the one for openhardwaremonitor. It is a higher quality updated version of it. Considering this new integration should succeed the legacy Open Hardware Monitor integration, with the latter being deprecated and removed eventually, there is no point in updating the old one in my opinion.
