Debug flag isn't showing in UI

Describe the issue you are experiencing

If you edit the YAML config you can add debug:true at the root level and works. But the UI doesn't have any debug flag: no-debug

Adding to "customized" will place it in the wrong level (under "customized:" dictionary as expected)
