Whisper backing up entire model

Describe the issue you are experiencing

When I do a full backup, the entire model for core-whisper is backed up, increasing the backup size by ~750MB for the small.en model.

I'm not sure if this is a feature, to include the model itself in the backup, but since it makes sense to go both ways, the best solution would be to have a configurable toggle somewhere, to backup the model or not to.
