Cannot connect to Websocket

Describe the issue you are experiencing

Connection to websocket cannot established v5.1.2 and v5.1.1 tested, both failed works on v5.0.4 so this seems the only current fix

Rollback to Matter Server Addon V5.0.4 is my current fix

I don't know why nobody mentioned this and I am also a little bit ashamed that I didn't see it right away. Solution: Enable Websocket access: Matter Server Addon -> Configuration -> [at the bottom] Network -> enable Port and type in e.g. 5580

Now I can commission Matter Thread Devices without resetting the Google Play Services everytime my thread network changes (development thread networks).
