Update DOCS.md

Removed Reddit login as its being removed per legal request. Added comments to item four and created item five. Issues that hung me up were leading white space in token value, not copying http code to configuration.yaml file, and thinking I lost connection to HA after editing configuration.yaml when page wouldn't reload (was still on http not https). Spelled out directions where others may get hung up like myself.
