Send sound to chromecast via public IP

Hi ! I love pychromecast, and I am writing a program with it that will play a sound on connected chromecast. For now I can do it on my local network on my device, but I plan to expand it to more users, but I don’t want them to run the program by themselves. I want to have a program running and at certain time it will send sounds to the authorized chromecast. Is there a way to do this ?
