Any progress in adding support for Python packages with Rust dependencies?

@holzschu Did you made any progress in adding support for Python packages with Rust dependencies? Now more than 50% of the python packages I need require support for Rust. Especially when it came to AI, practically cutting off a-shell completely from using anything AI related. Is it still difficult to compile Rust for iOS?
