Bundle WAPM by default

I'm spit-balling here—Bundling WAPM(WebAssembly Package Manager) could quite come in handy. Something like quickjs is quite fun.

I'm planning to do this; however, package managers are against the AppStore rules, so I'm treading carefully. Also, most commands would need real-time user input, which is still missing (see #38).

Could it (and other things like Node/NPM) be placed on the commands repo to circumvent this?
