netCDF4 support

pip install netCDF4 says it's there, but attempts to import fail. Would love to see this supported.

Obviously it would require the netCDF C library, and compilng the C extensions of netCDF4.

I'll keep it in mind, but for the short term the goal is making the app more robust and preparing for the two big changes coming with iOS 16 and notebook v7.

Unfortunately the custom one-off instrument I'm working with only outputs netCDF (not even a GIS tool).
