Occasional file not found

A Jupyter notebook gives an occasional file not found error, which is resolved if the file was e.g. renamed twice: remove extension txt and add it again. The error returns if Carnets was closed and re-opened on an iPad 11. All is obstructed with an occasionally not working Apple keyboard, all since installation of iPadOS 15.0.1 .
