ValueError: ZIP does not support timestamps before 1980.

I'm not sure what causes this issue, but it prevents me from installing some PyPi packages. I've read somewhere that unsetting SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH can fix it, but I'm not completely sure whether it would work or if iOS is capable of that. Is there a fix for it?

Also, the package in question I'm trying to install is Twint.
