Install statsmodels

Hi, when I try to install statsmodels using %pip install statsmodels in Carnets +, the following error message appears : ZIP does not support timestamps before 1980

I checked, and all the required packages seem to be already installed, could you have a look about it please ?

Interestingly, I had the same error message when trying to download the source in order to add it to the App last week. It seems to be related to the fact that statsmodel currently supports Python 3.6 to 3.8, but not 3.9.

Note for myself: related to issues #100 and #90.
