Missing graph: Biplot

Hello Yan & Conor,

Thanks for the work that you've put into the Python Graph Gallery & Data-to-Viz website. I noticed that you are missing the biplot, a type of graph used in statistics that combines a scatter plot with a loading plot to understand decomposition methods like principal component analysis (PCA).

I'm not sure if a Python library that can create this type of plot exists yet, but I've seen a couple of blog posts demonstrating how to make one.
