Updates required to cartogram call

The tutorial no longer worked due to changes in the cartogram package. I have updated with the recommendations from that package.

Note: you may require updates to your other tutorials which use this function.

I cant for the life of me get the animation to work with the new version of gganimate! And I can't get teh old version to install, sigh

Since you opened your PR, the map section of the gallery has completely changed (see this #105 ) and I think unfortunately your work is now outdated
