Use PWA from server for apps
Additionally/ Instead of bundling the code (only) with the app it should (also) get loaded from the server to quicker respond to issues. This should use PWA techs in order to keep loading frequency low. Probably find smarter update strategies than the default ones e.g. by build numbers
