Transcription / Speech Recognition - offline only!

Waiting for https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Web_Speech_API

Tested Mozilla's Deep Speech. It is very promising, but not accurate enough yet. It also misses inter punctuation and is only available in English. The big Speech-to-Text provider do a better job, but aren't an option due to privacy concerns.

Oh, available in Chrome and Edge with webkit prefix! https://caniuse.com/#feat=mdn-api_speechrecognition

But it is still sent to servers at Google :(
