customize camera resolution or aspect ratio

Is possible to adjust the camera aspect ratio to 16:9?

In general this should be possible by changing these settings https://github.com/holtwick/briefing/blob/master/app/src/logic/stream.js#L24

But currently I think it is good to stick with the defaults. Or is there a good reason to change that?
