I fully understand that db.txt is human-readable. The question was how to make any specific `/usr/lib/firmware/regulatory.db` human-readable, as used to be a walk in the park.

In any case, rather than programmatically probing `/usr/lib/firmware/regulatory.db` using `iw reg set XX` to poll for all possible [26*26 = 676 country codes](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-1_alpha-2#Current_codes), I'm personally hoping for something like `regdbdump`,...
