@shanti-bhardwa: This PR has been moved to the [IIAB 8.0 Milestone](https://github.com/iiab/iiab/milestone/8) for now. That should not stop future-facing developers from experimenting with this approach and similar "IIAB on Windows" approaches...

I'm moving this tkt from the IIAB 7.2 milestone to the 8.0 milestone. (But if there's any kind of short-term action / correctives useful in coming days, that's fine too.)

FYI @m-anish and Gurmet: [AzuraCast's README](https://github.com/iiab/iiab/tree/master/roles/azuracast#azuracast-readme) has broken/stale links — and should be converted from .rst (reStructuredText) to the much-friendlier .adoc (AsciiDoc, as Raspberry Pi Foundation is also doing this)...
