Interesting. Installing IIAB directly onto Zero 2 W, I seem to have run into the same thing — 1st pass failed, 2nd pass worked — with aria2 failing to install...

I'll look at this carefully in coming days: it's not a showstopper but we should be able to figure it out — or at minimum understand the pattern more deeply...
