Tabulator widgets does not show up in closed environment

I have tried the demo https://panel.holoviz.org/reference/widgets/Tabulator.html for the Tabulator widget in a secured environment. It runs without error, but no output is produced. Also even if I try to save the output as html while specifying resources=INLINE (where INLINE is imported from bokeh), it does not solve the issue.

This should have been resolved by now. Can you confirm this is still an issue?
