Create example using the NREL solar radiation data

I have worked with NREL solar radiation data on a separate project. It wouldn't take me long to make an example notebook that downloads the solar radiation CSVs from here in one of the NREL historical data sets and uses dask / pandas to work with the CSVs of hourly data.
