Reset tool rename

The reset tool needs to be renamed to Reset extent or something similar for the mouseover label. Example is one of the arrow circle things in the second cell of Annotators.ipynb

With modifiable bokeh icons, can we also modify labels?

Modifiable icons and labels were merged at the same time, unfortunately I only implemented that for the drawing tools, so currently there is no way to rename the reset tool.

Got it. I'll leave this open as a reminder for future enhancement if we decide on that.
