Vertically center title in header

The margin that gets automatically added to the <p> element was making the title ("Elemental Chat - Channel name!") too high up. Changing it to a <div> lets it be centered like the Elemental Chat logo.

Thanks for putting the effort into these three PRs. Sorry for leaving you hanging, they were not on the team's radar. I don't think the cosmetics of this UI are a priority for the team, so they will probably only get reviewed if someone finds some spare time to test them out. No promises about when this will get reviewed but I hope you feel appreciated for your contribution anyway!
