Documentation internationalization

Hello,

I'm Enrico, an Holochain fan... which came across this awesome community thanks to the documentation portal indeed.

Reading the docs you can feel the care that was put in it, and many complex topics and concepts are covered clearly.

English is for sure the native language for an international project. What about allowing contributions in other languages?

I think that people trying to translate the documentation to their native language would contribute to the English version too.

I'm happy to see the transition to Docusaurus, which with crowdin.com would permit a 'quick and dirty' translation of the docs. But a human-made translation in my opinion is needed for this kind of deeply tech topics.
