if you're using systemd, you could modify the service to add the css file to `reloadTriggers`
i don't really want to do css tweaks for individual apps but [this](https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-calculator/-/blob/main/src/ui/style-dark.css) is annoying me
