PNG Images not Appearing in Output

I noticed some image files missing from the output of several documents and on closer inspection it appears that PNG images embedded within a document are not appearing in the zip file output. This behavior appears to be consistent.

As such I've created a small 2 page test ODT file which exhibits the same bug and emailed it to you.

I've resolved the issue but not 100% sure it is the best way to do so - as such please review.

Applied a general fix in #6066b7dd53917ba88aa3ce5aee873263e4676a46
