Krangl DataFrame to SQL Insert Statement

I can retrieve data from a MySQL table:

...
val rs = stmt.executeQuery("select * from user");
// convert into DataFrame
val fromResultSet: DataFrame = DataFrame.fromResultSet(rs)
fromResultSet.print()

Is it possible to go the other way?
