Need a mark similar to the Green dot for anime marked as "Watching"

This includes both Anime and Manga entries. I have a few hundred entries that are marked as "Watching" or "Reading" which I have kept in my Custom Lists as "Private" and "Hide from Status Lists".

The issue begins as I cannot properly filter the ones I have marked as "Watching" or "Reading" as all the statuses are in one place.

So, if there was a similar mark for each entry that a user has marked as "Watching" or "Reading" just as the Green dot at the top left corner found for "Airing" anime, that would be much better. It would also be better were there to be an indicator for every status in the Custom List.
