Storrage of Latex attributes

When should LaTeX specific attributes be computed and where should they be stored? Currently, they are always computed and stored as attributes.

Relevant attributes are:

  • align
  • sep
  • sanitize
  • rules
  • header

align can be used for Markdown tables as well. sep is a logical which indicates if intermediate rules should be drawn.
