Viewport awareness of multiple displays for correct fullscreen behavior

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. While using the dpg.toggle_viewport_fullscreen() function, I came to the conclusion that the viewport always 'fullscreens' to the main display. This forms a problem for me, as my main display is configured to be another display that the one I typically use. Side note, I use windows as my OS

Describe the solution you'd like A way for the viewport to be aware of which display it is, to make the dpg.toggle_viewport_fullscreen() function use this information and fullscreen to the current display it resides in.
