IKEA E1744 Symfonisk nach anlernen ohne Funktion
Problem: Es werden nach dem Anlernen des Gerätes keinerlei Events empfangen (https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/devices/E1744.html).
Bisherige Lögungsversuche:
- Update zigbee-herdsman-converters (keine Lösung)
- Geräteupdate auf aktuelle Firmware (keine Lösung)
- Analyse der Debug-Logs (keine Einträge)
Getestet auf CCU3, RaspberryMatic3 mit CC2531 und aktuellster Firmware auf allen Geräten.
Wenn ich das Gerät direkt an einem Raspi mit zigbee2mqtt anlerne funktioniert alles tadellos. Ich wüsste derzeit nicht wo ich noch ansetzen kann. Wollte schon den zigbee-herdsman neu bauen, leider weiß ich nicht wie ich es für diese Architektur vorbauen kann.
Jemand ne Idee?

Background: The event node passes basically all events as received from the zigbee-herdsman as they are received, while the converter node does some extra processing, which is not working in some cases (if you try to receive as JSON from the converter node and multiple converters are available for the device message).
Im using the zigbee-event node to debug all messages. But just for the symfonisk device no message appears.

Ok, in this case, #118 does not apply to your problem. So anything I say now is just a random guess based on my experience with the SML001 Hue Motion Sensors: After connecting them I had to send them a "Configure" message (in the controller node, second tab, Config checkbox checked.) Once devices start sending event messages, I unchecked the "Config" checkbox.
@hogthrob thx for your tip and you help. I've tried to send a config msg, but only got an error e. g. configure failed 0x14b457fffe65e500 (SonosKueche) Bind 0x14b457fffe65e500/1 genLevelCtrl from '0x00124b0018e85cd4/1' failed. Still no event notifications.

Hi, ich hab leider das gleiche Problem, der Symfonisk Controller lässt sich anlernen, es werden aber keine Events empfangen. Gibt es hierzu schon was Neues? Hat jemand das Problem eingrenzen können? Danke :-)
Hi, gleiches hier, zwei E1744 sind problemlos angelernt, aber senden keinerlei Info (weder via Events noch via Converter). Mehrfach an- und abgelernt, bringt nichts. Auch aktivieren der Config-Option liefert nur einen Fehler: "configure failed xxxxxx (Ikea Sonos 1) Bind xxxxxx/1 genLevelCtrl from 'yyyyyy/1' failed (AREQ - ZDO - bindRsp after 10000ms)"
Ähnliches Verhalten habe ich momentan mit drei Xiaomi Lichtsensoren (GZCGQ01LM) und einem Ikea Shortcut-Button (E1812).
Alles andere funktioniert einwandfrei...
Ich habe das gleiche Problem mit den Ikea Shortcut E1812. Anlernen klappt. Config scheitert. Der Button sendet aber nie Events.
Am Stick scheint es nicht zu liegen. Getestet mit CC2531 und CC2652. Verschiedene zigbee-herdsman und converter Versionen habe ich auch bereits ausprobiert.
