Add compatibility to flatpak discord

Hello, my flatpak discord couldn't find your program due to sandboxing, i had to follow this guide and now it works. Would it be possible to include $XDG_RUNTIME_DIR/app/com.discordapp.Discord/discord-ipc-0 by default in your search path for the socket?
