HTTP API should accept RDF to start an experiment

User story

As a user experienced in using RDF, I want to stick to RDF instead of transforming it into a JSON request.

Solution

Extend the method that is used to start a new experiment in the HTTP API to accept the RDF model, that is created internally anyway.
