Easier access to currently relevant benchmarks

User story

When configuring a new experiment, I want to have easier access to currently relevant benchmarks.

Solution

Some benchmarks may be chosen in several ways:

• most recently used by the current user
• most recently used by all users
• included in an upcoming or ongoing challenge
• manually configured for the platform instance

Then they may be presented with card-like view on the top or on the side of the new experiment form.
