Video stopped when rotate

When I rotate video from portrait to landscape or landscape to portrait video stoped itself. why is that and how to overcome this behavior?

I have the same problem when I resize the video. It pauses automatically. Why?

Same here, but I started detecting when the video gets paused and can resume play through code.
