Outside Vehicles Double & Triple Spawning

We have been having this issue since we first added MojiaGarages. This bug is completely game-breaking.

All you have to do is come within proximity of a player-owned outside vehicle. For whatever reason, it is spawning the vehicles from multiple people's clients.
