Introduce tournament support, GUI and functionalities to be defined: - 1) download and store tournament details in new table in the database: what to get? what to store? - 2 ) present tournament info fixtures ? ranking ? in a dedicated GUI ?

When step 1) is done, it would be possible to close #284
