[FEATURE] Portable installation on windows requires extra zip program

the standard windows zip program is not able to extract the installer zip artifacts. users have to download an extra zip program (e. g. 7zip).

Maybe (an idea)to put a * behind that zip file and below the files give the explanation * requires 7-zip.

I also needed your answer to unzip the files.
