[FEATURE] misc and youth as tab only available after clicking the menu

I did not know that these tabs existed. The issue about the finance table (which I couldn't find at first) hinted me that there were menu's that I wasn't aware of.

I think that these tabs should have been available on initial installation of HO.

And I would rename miscelaneous to summary, because it gives a summary of all kinds of statistics including last week finances.

In settings -> module you can set both to "Autostart". Then the modules are activated automatically.

Since youth is only useful for users with youth academy, it should not be activated by default. The misc-module is less useful in my opinion and should remain as it is.
